This exhibition is the first comparative study of the work of the three greatest jewelry and luxury good designers at the turn of the nineteenth century: Peter Carl Fabergé, Louis Comfort Tiffany, and René Lalique. Artistic Luxury will explore how these designers responded to the demand for luxury goods among the world’s Gilded Age consumers in the years leading up to the first world war.
