You’ll quickly taste why Old Carolina Barbecue was nominated in Regis and Kelly’s “Ultimate Hometown Grill Off” contest. Like the BBQ from road-side shacks throughout North and South Carolina, Old Carolina’s meat is dry rubbed and slow smoked by a certified pit boss. Five different sauces are served on the side.
