This is the place if you have been longing for great veal. Cleveland's oldest family-owned restaurant (since 1918!) is known for its southern Italian dishes, sweet marinara sauces, full bar service, private rooms, and Victorian atmosphere.

Over the past 90 years, Guarino's kitchen has been led by many faces. It began in 1918 with Vincenzo and Mama Guarino, who ran the kitchen independently into the 1950s. Luigi Guererra had a long tenure from the 1950s through the 1980s. Their wonderful history has been thoroughly enriched by their two most recent head cooks in the kitchen: Mira Ceco and Flutra Mani.
