Located in the heart of Cleveland's cultural district, Cleveland Botanical Garden has been one of Northeast Ohio's treasures for more than 78 years. It features 9 permanent gardens on 10 lush acres, including the award-winning Hershey Children's Garden and the ever-popular Sears Swetland Rose Garden. The Garden's Eleanor Armstrong Smith Glasshouse, a soaring 18,000 sq. ft. conservatory, houses authentic recreations of Madagascar and Costa Rica and has more than 400 species of exotic plants, butterflies, insects, birds and animals. The Garden presents several special exhibits and events throughout the year, and hosts a biennial flower show that is the largest outdoor flower show in the United States. A paradise in the city awaits you at Cleveland Botanical Garden. Hours Tuesday - Saturday: 10am - 5pm Sunday: 12:00 pm - 5pm Open until 9pm on Wednesday evenings (Memorial Day - Labor Day) Closed Mondays, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day The Garden is open on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.
