Ambiance, the Store for LoversTM began helping loving couples enhance their romance in 1981 and has since grown to 8 retail locations in Northeast Ohio. Ambiance makes shopping for lingerie, sensual enhancements and romantic toys a comfortable and fun experience. More than 150,000 members of our Great Lovers Club are a testament to that. 

Ambiance is also an award-winning business. Local and national organizations have repeatedly recognized President Jennifer Downey for her business acumen and leadership. Weatherhead 100 honored Ambiance twice for continuous growth, and in 2007 and 2008, we earned a World Class Customer Service finalist award from the Smart Business Network.
