What's new are tapas! Mallorca is introducing an authentic tapas menu.

Tapas are appetizers that can also form an entire meal. They range from baby fresh scallops to oak-roasted piquillo peppers to chistorra - thin sausages from Avila sautéed in champagne.

With over 24 tapas to choose from, at prices from $4 to $7, tapas are a delightful way to spend an evening.
