Start with the Salad Bar. It's more like a buffet with the pasta, fish, oysters, crab legs, and many other delicious fares. You won't believe it until you see it. After selecting from 40 different items at the Salad Bar, Brazilian Gauchos will come slice cuts of meat right at your table. There are 16 different types of meat featured at our "continuous tableside service," including beef, pork, lamb chops, filet mignon, chicken, turkey, sirloin steak, and beef ribs.
