Rocco A. Di Lilo

Rocco A. Di Lillo, Chairman, 216.408.5007

Rocco A. Di Lillo was winner of the Ernst & Young, NASDQ and USA Entrepreneur of the year in 1997. As a serial entrepreneur, Rocco has operated 10 companies in his career, five he founded and five he acquired. He founded his first company, City Visitor Inc. in 1980 with the mission of serving travelers and businesses that serve them. City Visitor publishes hotel visitor guides and hard bound travel books along with specialty travel publications for major attractions including Cedar Fair, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Pro Football Hall of Fame, Six Flags and Sea World.

Rocco is the former founder and CEO of Corporate Lodgings and founder of Bridgestreet Accommodations, which provides fully furnished housing for travelers in over 130 markets around the world. Rocco successfully completed an initial public offering of Bridgestreet in 1997 on the NASDAQ market under the symbol “BEDS”. In addition, he is the former CEO of Cooperative Resource Services, the third largest relocation company in America which was sold to Allied Worldwide. Rocco was the majority owner of the full service Radisson Northlake in Atlanta which he sold in 2006. Rocco is the founder and chairman of Porchlight Rental Services, the leading provider of professional rental finding services, nationally, for corporate transferees looking for rental assistance in North America.

As Chairman and majority owner of PCX Corporation, the largest manufacturer of off-site electrical and mechanical gear for the construction industry, he has reduced operating costs and builds large scale start-up construction projects for such companies as Wal-Mart, Target, Nordstrom, Microsoft, Bank of America and Walgreens. He is also Chairman of PCX Energy Services which assists companies improve their energy efficiencies.

Rocco is the founder and serves as Chairman of Advanced Hydro Solutions, a developer of hydroelectric facilities in the eastern portion of the U.S. for the purpose of generating Green Renewable power for communities and Utility companies. He also serves as a board member of the following associations: Libra Industries, GMA Partners, Algon Capital, Britton-Gallagher & Associates, West Park Direct, Main Street Gourmet, Professional Financial Services, The Entrepreneurs EDGE and the M.A.C. Foundation Tee Off on Leukemia.

Tim Schmidt

Timothy S. Schmidt, President/Publisher, 216.446.2992

Tim Schmidt comes to City Visitor after more than a decade as President/COO of
West Park Direct, a direct marketing firm providing services to news organizations
around the country. He also served as Director of Operations for SunMedia Corporation,
publisher of Sun Newspapers in Northeast Ohio. Schmidt is a graduate of Cleveland State
University, BBA and MBA) and is actively involved as a volunteer Athletic Director at
St. Mark's School in Cleveland. He lives in Lakewood where he enjoys time with his family.

Joe Jancsurak

Joe is an accomplished journalist with more than 32 years experience
covering a range of business and “North Coast” topics. His articles have
appeared in Cleveland Magazine, Inside Business, and Medical Design.
A native Clevelander, Joe and his wife and two dogs live in Twinsburg,
home of the renowned Twins Days Festival, and where they raised two daughters.
In his spare time, Joe enjoys Cleveland sports, the city’s ethnic food offerings,
Farmers Markets, and spending time outdoors running, hiking, or just sitting quietly. 
Joe received his bachelors in magazine journalism from Ohio University.

Maureen Duncan, Advertising Consultant, 216.446.2998

Maureen joins City Visitor with over 25 years experience in sales, sales management
and branch management. Her sales achievements earned her over 30 awards including
Top Achiever, Overachiever, Cleveland Rep of the Year and Presidents Club. She was also
the winner of the Club 90 Customer Retention Award. In addition, she directed a
successful branch business for a national company for 11 years. She knows the
Cleveland area well having lived here for over 30 years. Maureen earned a business
degree from Bowling Green State University. She spends her free time with her husband,
friends and family and loves gardening, cooking and hiking with her dog, Riley. Maureen
is looking forward to making a positive difference for City Visitor clients and her hometown.

Kelly Wilson

Kelly Wilson, Advertising Consultant, 216.446.2997

Kelly has been a part of the City Visitor team as Controller for the past five years,
and is now your go-to person for the Akron-Canton region. Kelly`s focus is in
building strong client partnerships and delivering exceptional solutions. She is also
eager to meet the needs of the visitor who is looking for the best restaurants and
attractions in the area. Kelly received her bachelors in Business Administration
from Bowling Green State University. She is a Certified Group Exercise instructor
at a nearby health club and is active in the community. In her free time, she enjoys 
coaching her daughters` sports teams, volunteering at the schools, and training for
different half marathons. Kelly and her husband, Mike, live in Independence
with their three daughters.

Sheila Lopez

Sheila D. Lopez, Sales and Marketing Manager, 216.446.2993

Sheila comes to City Visitor with over 17 years of experience in sales, marketing,
customer service and account management. Sheila; detail oriented with strong
organizational skills, work ethic with a team player mindset, is very enthusiastic
about being part of new growth with the company. She enjoys meeting new people
and building long lasting strong customer relationships. Sheila is actively involved
in her community and with her family. In her spare time she enjoys gardening,
listening to music, and spending quality time with family. Sheila has lived in the
Historic Tremont neighborhood all of her life along with her husband, Fred,
their 5 children and 5 grandchildren.

Nancy Notarianni

Nancy Notarianni, Art Director, Web Administrator, 216.446.2995

Nancy joined City Visitor Publications in 2002 with extensive advertising experience
in the retail industry. She is responsible for design of client ads, promotional materials, 
design and production for all publications, and the websites. Her attention to detail and
deadlines combined with a love of designing and a calm demeanor makes for a smooth
running art department. A KU graduate with a BFA in design and advertising, she is also a
watercolorist and watercolor instructor. 

Eileen Janowitz

Eileen Janowitz, Office Administrator, 216.446.2990

Eileen has been a City Visitor team member for more than 14 years. As office administrator
she is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, managing and scheduling the
distribution of City Visitor magazines to hotels in the Cleveland, Akron and Canton areas,
processing sales orders, providing sales staff support, and welcoming callers.

Renee DeBerry

Renee DeBerry, Advertising Consultant, Carowinds

With a bachelor`s degree in journalism and a minor in advertising, Renee brings more
than two decades of marketing know-how to Charlotte. From Fortune 500 companies
to start-up ventures - she enjoys using her broad freelance writing experience to help
clients make the most of their product offering through creative communication.

Melissa McGrew

Melissa McGrew, Advertising Consultant, Kings Dominion

Melissa, who earned her bachelor`s degree at West Virginia’s Marshall University, has
over 15 years of successful outside sales experience and account management. She enjoys
meeting new people and building strong customer relationships by listening to her clients
needs and paying close attention to detail. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys exercising
and exploring the numerous outdoor trails and historical landmarks in and around
Richmond, which she and her family have called home for the past seven years.
